Description:
In pf27 cells, several polypeptides associated with radial spokes are not phosphorylated, but dikaryon rescue experiments suggest that the product of the PF27 locus is not actually a radial spoke component. This mutant is non-motile and easy to score, and is a good marker for the centromere of linkage group XII/XIII.
