From a series of crosses. pf22 comes from MUT-1125, which is no longer in the collection; ery3b derives from MUT-78. This strain provides markers that span the centromere on linkage group I. See MUT-1709 for the same combination in mating type minus, and MUT-2495 for more information on the PF22 locus.
