From a cross of nr-u-2-1 sr-u-2-60 spr-u-1-H-4 mt+ to MUT-67 er-u-37 mt-. This recombinant product does not carry either the nr-u-2-1 or spr-u-1-H-4 markers. It has been used extensively in genetic analysis and is a good choice when a strain with two easily distinguished chloroplast antibiotic resistance markers is desired.
