This is a derivative of MUT-2805, which is no longer in the collection. It was obtained by co-transformation of MUT-125 with P-183 (sr spr) and P-330 . P-330 had a ca. 200 bp deletion of a SnaB1 fragment in the 5' end of the rbcL gene.
