Description:
This strain was derived by transformation of lts1-204 with an Rh1-GFP fusion construct (TM1-4) containing Rh1 transmembrane regions 1-4. The lts1 mutant was used as a recipient in order to eliminate chlorophyll fluorescence, which interfered with detection of GFP. Please see MUT-4109 for more information on the LTS1 [PSY1] locus.
