This is probably the strain listed as sac1snrk2.2(F3), derived from a cross of MUT-1690 x psr1sac1snrk2.2(A1) (see MUT-4279). If so, the sac1 allele is ars5-3 (see MUT-4268); snrk2.2(are10) is a sac3 allele (see MUT-4270). This strain has a wild-type cell wall, and can grow on nitrate medium.
