Description:
This is a double mutant strain derived from crossing bop5-2 (6F5) to pf17. bop5-2 (6F5) has a deletion in the gene encoding the IC138 subunit of the I1 inner arm dynein (see MUT-4080). The double mutant was used as a host strain for transformation with the wild type IC138 gene.
