Transformation of nphp4/drc3 strain, B1179 (nphp4-1, drc3-1, arg7, ARG7, mt+) with NPHP4-HAC (gene encoding nephrocystin-4 tagged with 3xHA peptides on its C-terminus) followed by two crosses to wild-type strains MUT-124 and 137c mt+ (probably of same origin as MUT-125) and transformation of selected offspring with DRC3.
