Alias: lcla1#PH25-1 (pADC11)#42. Genotype: mt-; Cre07.g329861::APHVII; LCLA1-6xFLAG::ARG7. Background: MUT-4533/MUT-5155. Origin: lcla1#PH25-1 complemented strain, transformed with pADC11 (pADC2 with tandem insertions of sequence encoding 3xFLAG epitope) for detection of LCLA1-6xFLAG. lcla1#PH25-1 (an arg7-8 spore obtained from the same cross as lcla1#PH25-6, that is, the 4th backcross of amc12#6E9 to MUT-4533/MUT-5155). The amc12#6E9 original mutant was obtained through insertional mutagenesis. Culture maintenance: low light (< 50 µE) on selective media, TAP+HygB.
