Description:
Although labeled np, this strain showed normal phototaxis (like wild type). The ac6 mutation must be scored on minimal medium at high pH (make TAP medium, omitting acetic acid and using HCl to bring pH to 8.3). Please see MUT-2 for more information on ac6.
