Exosomes are vesicles used by cells to transport active biomolecules, with a bilayer membrane structure and teletal-like morphology, rich in inclusions (including nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, etc.), and involved in the intercellular molecular transfer. Exosomes are widely involved in intercellular material transport and information transfer and regulate cellular physiological activities. Lifeasible provides exosome engineering services, mainly through the combination of exosomes with specific substances to perform their functions; by we can deliver specific properties to exosomes by labeling them and binding them to specific proteins to meet the requirements of our client’s projects.

Lifeasible's custom exosome engineering service allows you to design your exosomes containing the protein/peptide-based surface molecules of your choice. Specific labeling methods can also be designed to label exosomes, allowing for functional validation of cells. Transitioning from observation and analysis of exosomes to custom exosome design for therapeutic and other uses, Lifeasible can take exosome engineering to the next level.
Exosomes are non-immunogenic and can be designed to deliver a variety of substances to specific cell types. Based on the molecular transport capabilities of exosomes and their targeting properties, the Lifeasible R&D team has built a proven system for exosome customization. Using molecular biology techniques; researchers have developed a cell-specific targeting delivery tool based on engineered exosomes. Constructing a device that includes facilitated exosome secretion, specific protein/RNA packaging, and targeted delivery allows for the efficient production of customized exosomes in modified biological cells. Customized systems are divided into protein delivery systems and RNA delivery systems, with specific efficacy in the therapeutic industry.
Customized exosome labeling services are available, and the labeling methods are available through our exosome imaging services.
The labeled exosomes are added to the recipient cell medium and co-cultured with the recipient cells to observe the functional changes such as cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and apoptosis.
In addition to the above services, Lifeasible also provides other services related to exosomes, and we have the expertise to help you solve your project problems. If you are interested in our services, or if the service you want is not listed, please feel free to contact us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
