Qualifications

• Experience in herbal medicine research and other related projects is preferred.

We are looking for a project manager with excellent team management skills to be responsible for the management and implementation of herbal medicine related projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
• Establish and maintain close communication with other functional departments.
• Responsible for project design and implementation, milestone follow-up, data collection, storage, presentation and project closure.
• Responsible for market research, collecting industry-related information, and integrating resources.
• Provide advice and consultation on project-related topics and help meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Master degree or above in plant molecular biology, phytochemistry, pharmacy or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills and efficient execution.
• Ability to complete complex tasks independently.
• Excellent teamwork and management skills, able to collaborate with multiple parties to make accurate decisions.
• Experience in R&D or industrial projects in related fields is preferred.

We are looking for a senior scientist with industry experience to lead herbal related projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement research and development experimental plans related to herbal medicine projects, analyze experimental reports, identify problems and solve them in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the establishment of analytical methods, methodological verification, quality standard formulation, sample inspection, etc.
• Report project progress regularly.
• Organize experimental materials and write research reports.
• Cooperate with the marketing team to hold meetings or conferences to communicate with customers on technical issues.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in plant molecular biology, phytochemistry, pharmacy and related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in R&D or industrial projects.
• Proficient in herbal medicine related research and natural product extraction.
• Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
• Possess broad, solid expertise and the ability to multitask.
