Treating specific diseases by herbal compounding is a complex process of action involving multiple active ingredients, targets, pathways, and other information. The study of network pharmacology is generally based on systems biology and multidirectional pharmacology, which can provide a systematic analysis of this process. Lifeasible uses network pharmacology to build a drug-target-disease network from the systemic nature of drug-disease interactions and to virtually screen herbs in vitro for potential active substances, targets, and pathways so that you can subsequently study the actual situation of the drug and disease in a targeted manner.
We use computer-aided systems to analyze the interactions between herbal components, disease targets, protein targets, and therapeutic pathways, to visualize the effects of drug action on biological networks, and to predict the therapeutic targets, pathways of herbal combinations acting on diseases. Such a herbal network pharmacology platform and analysis method can comprehensively analyze the main pharmacological components of herbal medicines and further analyze the potential targets of the pharmacological components and the relationship between the targets and diseases. We will also develop a network diagram of the mechanism of action of herbal medicines from a multi-component-multi-target perspective to break through the limitations of previous single-target, highly selective drug design approaches in complex diseases.

Lifeasible provides an accurate and efficient network pharmacology-based analytical platform to support the study of the substance basis and mechanism of action of herbal medicines. This can significantly accelerate the development of new and highly effective herbal medicines by accelerating the study of their substance bases and mechanisms of action. In addition, we combine the depth of network pharmacology with computational ADME/T to better assist you in your herbal medicine research and analysis of herbal medicine in practice.
