Sample Requirements
- Whole insects. Rinse the whole insects thoroughly, use absorbent paper to remove surface liquids, ensure each sample weighs approximately 200 mg or more, freeze rapidly in liquid nitrogen, then store at -80°C, and ship with dry ice.
- Tissue. Cut the target tissue sample, take approximately 200 mg or more of tissue per sample, wash the tissue with physiological saline, use absorbent paper to dry the surface liquid, freeze rapidly with liquid nitrogen, transfer to a -80°C freezer for storage, and ship with dry ice.
- Hematolymph. Centrifuge to collect approximately 50 μl or more of hematolymph per sample, freeze rapidly with liquid nitrogen, transfer to a -80°C freezer for storage, and ship with dry ice.
