Mushroom compost are rich in nutrients and beneficial to plant growth. In addition to horticultural and soil remediation applications, their use as a raw material for organic fertilizer is important resource use. The use of mushroom residues can improve crop yields. Not only is the nutrient-rich residue essential for plant growth, but its unique physicochemical properties are also very favorable for microbial growth.
Lifeasible provides research services on mushroom use as organic fertilizer in agriculture. We are investigating the effects of mushroom residues on crop nutrient content by analyzing organic fertilizer production and the amino acid content of crops. This is to improve crop quality while improving the soil. We support the efficient use of waste resources and food security in production.
Our research team has developed a proven technology for processing fungal residues into organic fertilizer. Lifeasible develops the potential of mushroom applications as fertilizer and is committed to providing specialist solutions for mushroom applications. Some of the services we offer include but are not limited to the following:
We typically use fermenters to ferment mushroom residue for fertilizer applications in the following ways:.
Select different types of fermenters and materials according to the characteristics of the crop and determine the dosage.
Mix well. Mix the appropriate material well.
Select the correct carbon-nitrogen ratio. Usually, the C/N ratio of the fermented material is kept at 30-40 and the pH is adjusted to 6-8.
Moisture selection. We use a moisture content of 60-65% for fermented materials. The moisture content is usually determined by taking a handful of material and seeing the watermark, but not dripping, and then dropping it on the ground and spreading it out.
Choice of temperature. We generally control the production temperature to be above 15℃ and the fermentation temperature to be below 70℃.
The amino acids in mushroom compost are relatively complete and we can test for changes in the amino acid content of the crop after the residues have been applied to the crop, we test for the following:
