Ganoderma lucidum helps balance hormones by supporting the adrenal glands, reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system, reducing stress, and improving sleep quality. It exhibits antiandrogenic activity, promoting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone by reducing the level of 5α-reductase. Cordyceps sinensis can promote the secretion of insulin, has certain androgen-like effects and anti-estrogen-like effects, and can enhance the synthesis and secretion of adrenal cortex hormones, thereby regulating hormone balance.
