Description	Reishi spore powder differs from our extract powder which is made from the fruiting body of the reishi mushroom. Instead, this potent powder contains pure reishi spores which are the part of the mushroom that is used in the reproduction process. Reishi spores are highly concentrated, in fact, 1000 kg of raw reishi mushroom will yield just 1 - 3kg of reishi spores. They also store an incredibly high amount of energy and nutrients in order to support germination.

Directions	Our reishi mushroom spore powder is very easy to use. If you’re new to reishi, we recommend starting with a smaller serving of around half a teaspoon which can be increased to around 1 tsp if desired. You can blend the powder into your smoothies, shakes or juices to supercharge them with over 32 nutritional health compounds. It can be dissolved in warm water to create a nourishing tonic tea; throw in some superfoods, berries or tonic herbs to create a powerful elixir. Or you can sprinkle it over foods, and use it to create sauces, dips, desserts and more.
