Description	This grow kit requires light misting to produce three to four crops over a two-month period. Expect one to two pounds of organic mushrooms with proper care.
Directions	We guarantee your first crop. If you follow the instructions the Mushroom Mini-Farm Grow Kit may produce 3-4 harvests but each grow kit is handcrafted and can have different results.
Flavor profile	The spectacular Pleurotus ostreatus. Imagine clusters of hundreds of succulent, shellfish-like mushrooms that can reach the size of 18 inches in diameter. This exotic tropical strain of oyster mushroom produces canary-yellow petal-like fruiting bodies and is one of the only mushrooms that we actually recommend eating raw. It has a citrusy, cucumber-like flavor, and is refreshing and colorful tossed into salads. It can also be made into delicious quick pickles by brining in apple cider or champagne vinegar.
