In Vivo
Lycorenine (1-10 mg/kg i.v.) produces dose-related decreases in blood pressure and heart rate in anesthetized rats.
In Vitro
Lycorenine inhibits the cell viability, with IC50s of 0.8 and 1.2 μg/mL for LMTK and HEPG2 cells, respectively.
