Plant DNA Extraction Kit
Overview
The kit is suitable for fast and efficient extraction of DNA from plant samples. The extraction process uses superparamagnetic microspheres and does not require centrifugation. With the use of pre-made buffers, the extraction can be carried out directly and the reaction system can be adjusted according to the amount of sample added. The product is suitable for both manual extraction of small amounts of samples and high-throughput operation with automated workstations. The extracted products can be used for enzyme digestion, PCR amplification, detection, and other subsequent experiments.
