Copper glycinate is a chemical substance, which is an amino acid salt of copper. Formal copper glycinate is blue needle-like crystals, and trans-glycinate copper is blue-purple scaly crystals. Heated to 130 ℃ dehydration, 228 ℃ decomposition. The solubility of trans-copper glycinate in water is less than that of formal copper glycinate, so it can be separated accordingly.
