Human, Bovine. This antibody doesn’t recognize the mouse and rat CD9.
Formulation
1×TBS aqueous solution with 50% glycerol, 0.05 w/v% sodium azide, pH 7.4.
Application
ELISA: 1:1,000 - 1:16,000.
Western Blot: 1:500 - 1:2,000. Please use this antibody under non-reducing condition.
Flow cytometry: 1:500 - 1:2,000.
Immunoprecipitation: 5-20 μg/assay.
