Overview
It is a biotin-labeled antibody of rat monoclonal antibody against CD9 established by DNA immunization. CD9 is one of the membrane proteins called tetraspanin that has four transmembrane domains and is known as a marker protein of the extracellular vesicles. This product applies to ELISA and Western blotting.
Cross Reactivity
Human. It shows a little reactivity with rat CD9.
Formulation
1×TBS aqueous solution with 50% glycerol, 0.05 w/v% sodium azide, pH 7.2.
Application
ELISA: 1:2,000 - 1:8,000.
Western Blot: 1:1,000 - 1:4,000. Please use this antibody under non-reducing condition.
