Application
ELISA: 1 : 2,000 – 1 : 16,000.
Western Blot: 1 : 1,000 – 1 : 8,000. Please use this antibody under non-reducing condition.
Flow Cytometry: 1 : 250 – 1 : 1,000.
Immunoprecipitation: 5 ‒ 50μg/assay.
