Solid warm mix is an environmentally friendly additive in the form of a white powder that reduces energy consumption and environmental impact by lowering the working temperature of the asphalt mixture while keeping the design, mixing, and construction process of the asphalt mixture in line with that of the hot mix, which has the advantages of saving energy, reducing emissions, improving the construction environment and improving construction efficiency.

The solid warm mixing agent is simple to add and use, there is no need to remodel the production plant, and it is recommended to add it simultaneouslythe when asphalt is injected into the aggregate. The recommended heating temperature of asphalt is 150-160°C, the heating temperature of aggregate is 130-150°C, the mixing temperature of mixture is 130-150°C, the normal construction paving temperature is not less than 100°C, the starting rolling temperature is not less than 95°C, and the low temperature construction paving temperature is not less than 110°C.
