Asphalt emulsifier is a diamine-type cationic medium-cracking asphalt emulsifier, that belongs to the cationic quaternary ammonium salt-type asphalt emulsifier, one of the main products of our company.
The emulsifier has strong emulsifying ability, with super emulsifying ability, it can emulsify various types of heavy-duty asphalt and imported asphalt, and there is no obvious damage to the asphalt.

Mainly used in viscous layer oil, gravel sealing, penetrating pavement and other construction.

Dosage to 100% active ingredients accounted for 6 ‰ of the total amount of emulsified asphalt, different asphalt dosages are different, and the dosage is determined according to the experiment.
Water (tap water) temperature. 55-70 °C (emulsifier water solution).
Temperature of asphalt. 125-130°C.
Emulsifier. 6-8‰.
Proportioning. (asphalt: water = 6:4).
In actual production, can be taken first in the preparation box add the appropriate amount of water, measure the emulsifier into the water, at a temperature of 80-85 degrees, start stirring to observe the emulsifier completely dissolved, and then add all the remaining water into the preparation box, in this way, not only will the emulsifier to completely dissolve and reduce the foam but also make the water temperature down to the normal use of temperature.

Paste, superior performance, easy to dissolve in the ingredients, non-toxic, non-corrosive, bactericidal and disinfectant effect, no side effects on the human body in use. Each ton of emulsified asphalt application of 8-10 kg, for modified asphalt appropriate increase in dosage, paraffin content of asphalt should be increased.

The emulsifier with quaternary amine and secondary amine groups, strong charge, emulsification ability, and no need to adjust the acid before emulsification, simple and convenient operation. The asphalt emulsion has excellent storage stability and good aggregate adhesion.
