Description
The reaction is carried out in one tube starting with the reverse transcription of virus RNA and subsequent cDNA amplification. The amplicon can be visualized on a standard agarose gel.
Kit Components
The kits contain a thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and a Hot-Start DNA Polymerase, pathogen specific primers and dNTPs, DNA-based positive and negative controls for the PCR reaction.
