Fruit Juice Authenticity Rapid Detection Kit (50) is suitable for rapid detection of authenticity of all kinds of fruit juice (including natural fruit juice and fruit drinks), also it can qualitatively determine the reducing sugar in fruit juice. Positive result: If the color of sample solution deepens, it means the sample solution doesn’t contain fruit juice or the content of fruit juice is little. Negative result: If the color of sample solution in centrifuge tube shows blue before heating and it changes red brown or brick red after heating, it means the sample solution contains fruit juice.

1, The doubtful positive sample can be retested to confirm the result.
2, Be careful to use the testing reagent, because it is corrosive. Don’t contact it with skin, if contact it with eyes, flush with clean water immediately.
3, The reagent should be kept away from children at room temperature.

Keep the detection kit in a cool and dry place at 4-30 ℃. The validity period is 18 months.
