Description
Monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) hydrolyzes the endogenous cannabinoid 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2-AG), terminating its capacity to activate cannabinoid receptors. Pristimerin is a naturally occurring terpenoid that potently inhibits MAGL (IC50 = 93 nM).
