Astragalus P.E. can enhance the phagocytosis of mice, increase the clearance rate of blood carbon particles, and accelerate the clearance rate of plasma proteins in serum. It can obviously promote the antibody production function of the normal body, and has a better protection and two-way regulation effect on T cells and B cells. It can also directly stimulate NK cells or indirectly increase the release of natural killer cytotoxic factors. Reduce the protective effect of over-muscle in animal plasma. Astragalus P.E also inhibit the production of oxygen free radicals and reduce the protective effect of infarcted myocardial damage.
