1/2 cup (42g) dry makes 1-1/8 cup (100g) hydrated.
Add 1/2 cup (dry) of Plant-Based Chicken Strips to 4 ounces of water (vegetable or chicken broth) and simmer until fork tender for 6-8 mins. (or until water is absorbed).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry area. Refrigerate after rehydrating.
