Description
The plant ER enrichment kit is specially designed for plant samples, which can enrich 1 to 3 times ER components from plant leaf samples in about 1 hour, and basically does not contain Golgi contamination. The enriched ER components can be used for plant studies of protein transport.
Application
Rapid enrichment of natural endoplasmic reticulum from plant tissue and can be applied to SDS-PAGE, immunoblottings, ELISA, IP, analysis of membrane protein structure, 2-D, determination of enzyme activity and other applications.
