Description
The blue fluorescent Hoechst dye is a cell-permeable nucleic acid stain used in a variety of applications including sensitive detection (>3 ng) of DNA in the presence of RNA in agarose gels, automated determination of DNA, sensitive determination of cell number and Chromosome sorting. This product can be used in applications such as fluorescence microscopy, microplates, cuvettes, and flow cytometry.
