Introduction
Lyso-Tracker Green is a lysosome green fluorescent probe that penetrates the cell membrane and can be used for lysosome-specific fluorescent staining of living cells.
Handling
A small amount of Lyso-Tracker Green is added to the cell culture or appropriate solution (e.g., HBSS with calcium and magnesium ions) at a ratio of 1: 13,333-1:20,000 to give a final concentration of 50-75 nM. e.g., 1 µL of Lyso-Tracker Green is added to 20 mL or 13.33 mL of cell culture or appropriate solution (e.g., HBSS with calcium and magnesium ions). Add 1 µL of Lyso-Tracker Green to 20 mL or 13.33 mL of cell culture medium or an appropriate solution (e.g., HBSS containing calcium and magnesium ions). Mix well to create a Lyso-Tracker Green working solution.
