Product Name
Recombinant Agrobacterium Cp4 EPSPS Protein
Product Overview
Recombinant Agrobacterium Cp4 EPSPS Protein
Description
EPSPS (5-enolpyruvic acid manganate-3-phosphate synthase) is a key enzyme in the manganate metabolic pathway and a target enzyme for the herbicide glyphosate. EPSPS from Agrobacterium strain CP4 shows significant resistance to high concentrations of glyphosate, so the gene has been widely used in transgenic research in a variety of crops. This product is made by fermentation, isolation and high purification of the prokaryotic expression system (E.coli) containing the gene for efficient expression of CP4-EPSPS protein.
Species
Agrobacterium CP4
Expression system
Escherichia coli
Instructions for use
It is recommended that lyophilized Cp4-EPSPS be dissolved in sterilized ultrapure water concentration of not less than 100 μg/ml to be further diluted to working concentration
