Spirulina is a rare algae organism that existed on Earth 3.5 billion years ago and is a natural superfood.
Spirulina belongs to the family of Chlamydomonas, with filamentous bodies, spiral-shaped filaments, without horizontal septum, blue-green. The filaments are 4~5 microns wide and 400~600 microns long.
Spirulina is currently the most nutrient-rich and comprehensive organism in nature. It is high in protein, low in fat, low in sugar, and rich in fiber, protein, vitamins (including vitamins a, b1, b2, b6, and k), essential minerals (including iron, calcium, and magnesium), amino acids, and fatty acids.
It is easy to use through physical processing into powders, pressed tablets, etc.
