Description
Spirulina Blue is a pigment-protein complex from the light-harvesting phycobiliprotein family, along with allophycocyanin and phycoerythrin. It's a coloring protein extracted from Spirulina. Water-solubillity and non-toxic, it's the only natural blue pigment that FDA recognised in the United States.
