Product Description
Trypsin is a porcine pancreas-derived enzyme commonly used for the isolation and breakdown of anchorage-dependent mammalian cells and tissues. The concentration of trypsin in this product is 0.025% to 0.5% and is the trypsin required to remove sensitive cells from their substrate. EDTA is a chelating agent that enhances enzyme activity by removing calcium and magnesium ions.
