Product Name
Recombinant Pat Protein
Product Overview
Recombinant Pat protein
Description
The herbicide resistance gene (pat gene) is currently the most commonly used herbicide resistance gene and has been successfully used in crops such as wheat, rice, and corn. The recombinant herbicide resistance (pat) protein is obtained by recombinant expression of the herbicide resistance gene (pat gene) and can be used for herbicide resistance detection, etc.
This product is made from the prokaryotic expression system (E.coli) containing the highly expressed pat protein gene through fermentation, separation and high purification. The molecular weight is 23KDa.
Storage
Can be stored stably for 7-10 days at 4℃, for long-term storage, please aliquot and store at -20℃
Expression system
Escherichia coli
Instructions for use
It is recommended to dissolve the lyophilized rPat protein in water for injection or sterilized ultrapure water, with a concentration of no less than 100 μg/ml, to be further diluted to working concentration. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
