Calcium propionate is a new food additive, is the World Health Organization (WHO) and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) approved the use of safe and reliable food and feed with fungicide. Calcium propionate has antibacterial effects on molds, yeasts and bacteria.
1 calcium propionate can be used as food and feed mildew inhibitor, preservation agent for bread and cake. Calcium propionate is easy to be evenly mixed with flour, provide the necessary human calcium in as a preservative and at the same time, to strengthen the role of food.
