Artichoke extract, also known as artichoke extract, is derived from artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves. The main component is artichoke acid, the edible part of artichoke curd contains a variety of nutrients, with high protein, calcium and phosphorus content, and more inulin (higher content in the root). Functional compounds such as polyphenols and flavonoids such as artichoke acid and chlorogenic acid exist not only in curds, but also in leaves.
