In Vitro
Laurolitsine shows weak anti-inflammatory activity against NO production in RAW 267.4 and BV-2 cells. Boldine, laurolitsine and litebamine (300 μM) remarkedly inhibit the aggregation of rabbit platelets induced by arachidonic acid (100 μM) and collagen (10 μM/mL), and slightly inhibit that induced by ADP (20 μM).
