We are looking for sales managers who can positively drive the sales of services and products in gene editing, including gene editing in cyanobacteria, gene editing in chloroplast of plant, gene editing in yeast, and related-mutants for research.
Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales of gene editing services.
Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
Identify, nurture and act on opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
Effectively coordinate sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology or biochemistry is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
Knowledgeable in gene editing-related fields.
With great potential for success in the sales of gene editing services.
Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
Proficiency in a teamwork environment.
