More Information

Description

This variety of flower comes from the mountains of Europe and is one of the most popular ornamental flowers. It grows in dense clumps with narrow arching blue-green foliage. It usually grows feathery plumes from April to June, which are delicate and dense. These feathers turn from silver to yellowish brown in early fall. It lives vigorously throughout the winter in mild climates.
