Hailing from the rocky hillsides of Malta, the impressive and unusual "Huge Umbel" plant, later identified as Ferula melitensis, produces massive seeds on astonishingly large umbels. Discovered in December 2018, this Maltese endemic boasts robust features and adapts to the island's conditions.
