These neat, red Brussels Sprouts, smaller than their green counterparts, feature a sweet, mild taste. The hardiness of these vegetables improves as the weather gets colder, and both the sprouts and leaves can be used raw in salads or cooked by steaming or braising. Harvest is ready from November to January.
