Description

A new, softer, loose-leaf form of Chinese Cabbage, Michihili has dense, narrow leaves with a deeper green outer color and lighter green to almost white interior leaves. The flavor is more subtle and pleasant than European head cabbage, suitable for salads, coleslaw, or stir-fries. Harvest in spring for young salad leaves or in late summer for full-sized cabbages.
