An exceedingly rare and cold-hardy Butterfly Ginger, introduced by Gingerwood Nursery after an extensive search, displays sizable true-red flowers on strong stems with short, beautiful foliage; thriving in bright shade to medium sun areas and genetically distinct from Hedychium greenii.
