This exceptionally rare and stunning plant, surpassing a meter in height, bears a remarkable resemblance to Dierama in habit, earning the description "almost Dierama-like." Originating from South Africa's winter rainfall areas, it excels in wet conditions, outperforming many Dieramas. As a vigorous grower, it becomes summer deciduous, thriving without water during this period.
