Description

A rare palm-like Lobelia with large purplish-green leaves and a tall woody trunk, it thrives in high-elevation bogs between 3700 and 4300 meters. Similar to a giant Echium, it's hardy, tolerating frost and snow. It's a stunning plant, challenging to grow from scarce seeds.
